How to measure your own wrist:

Use a measuring tape, preferably a soft flexible one often used in clothing measurements.  Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist and find the length that is most comfortable for you. Keep in mind that the bracelets are sized in ½ inch increments and are on a stretchy cord.  If you find that your comfort level is in between ½ inch sizes, move the measuring tape on your wrist to the ½ inch just smaller and the ½ inch just larger, and choose the size level that feels best for you, one with a little more give or one that is a little snug.

How to choose a size if it’s a gift:

The wrist measurement of inches is best, however, when you’re choosing a surprise, it isn’t practical.  Below is a general guide to help you decide.

Extra-Small (~5.5 inches): fits most school age children and size extra-small for teens and women

Small (~6 inches): fits most school age children, teens, and size small for women

Medium (~6.5 inches): fits average size wrist for teens and women or extra-small size for men

Medium (~7 inches): fits average size wrist for women or a small size for men

Large (~7.5 inches): fits large size women’s wrist and average size for men

Extra-Large (~8 inches):  fits extra large women’s wrist or small anklet and large size for men
