How to measure your own wrist.
Use a measuring tape, preferably a soft flexible one often used in clothing measurements. Wrap the measuring tape around your wrist and find the length that is most comfortable for you. Keep in mind that the bracelets are sized in ½ inch increments and are on a stretchy cord. If you find that your comfort level is in between ½ inch sizes, move the measuring tape on your wrist to the ½ inch just smaller and the ½ inch just larger, and choose the size level that feels best for you, one with a little more give or one that is a little more snug.

5.5 inches Extra-Small, think elementary school age children
6 inches Small, think school age children or women's size small
6.5 inches Medium, think average women’s size wrist or extra small size for men
7 inches Medium, think average women’s size wrist or a small size for men
7.5 inches Large, think large women’s size wrist, and average size for men
8 inches Extra-Large, think women’s size extra-large bracelet or small anklet and large size bracelet for men
